We are a workshop that consults on technical aspects of projects ranging from Adaptive Reuse to Furniture Design. Taking a holistic approach to our work, we regard every object as important, whether it be the construction type, the computer model, the climate, or the client. Fostering a collaborative and informed environment for all stakeholders and team members is our office standard.

Michael Licht is a Designer, Artist, Educator and Writer with nine years of professional experience in the construction trades of New York City. Raised in North Dakota, I came back to my father’s hometown to study Masters of Architecture at Pratt. Collaborating with the likes of nARCHITECTS, Gachot Studio, Workshop APD, Ike-Kligerman Barkley, Barker Freeman Design Office, Studios GO, Marpillaro Pollak Architects, Architecture In Formation, Buro Happold Engineers, Argosy Designs, Caliper Fabrication and many others, I have developed technical and aesthetic skills that I enjoy sharing.

James Victorio is a Designer in the New York City metropolitan area, with professional experience in BIM management, 3D modeling, system coordination, surveying, and rendering for residential projects and product design. Born in New Jersey but raised in Lima, Peru, I came back to the United States to study and graduated from the Michael Graves College, School of Public Architecture at Kean University. I also attended and published projects at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.
